Submitting a rental request does not automatically guarantee rental confirmation.
This form is designed solely for receiving a quote. Upon receipt of your request, we will send you a quote/contract for your review.
Once we receive your signed contract along with all required documentation, we will confirm your rental via email.
Please note that your requested dates are only secured once we have received a completed and signed contract, and you have received a written confirmation from us.
Credit cards will only be charged within one week of your rental date.
We understand that emergencies may arise. Should you need to cancel, kindly inform us as soon as possible.
After-hours pick-up will incur an additional fee, which will be determined upon acceptance.
Please be aware that there are limited pick-ups or deliveries on Sundays, and they will only be accommodated with an extra charge.

Trailer Requirements: For customers intending to pick up their rental, trailers must have sides of at least 6 inches high, and you will need at least one tie-down strap.
Minimum trailer size requirements are as follows:

2-passenger: 4×8 trailer

4-passenger: 5×10 trailer
3.
6-passenger: 5×12 trailer
For customer pick-up and returns, if you return a cart after 12 pm on the return date, an additional day's charge will apply.
